Welcome to Mai Tide! This 4 BR/3 bath beach house sleeps up to 11 guests and is a perfect place for your family or group vacation. Located in the popular Boardwalk community off of Eleventh Street, Mai Tide is in the "golf cart zone" and near the beach, shopping, restaurants, and fishing. The fully-fenced yard makes it convenient for dog-lovers and the community boardwalk make getting to the beach a breeze. The 40-foot long driveway provides plenty of parking for additional guests, boat trailers, or other vehicles.
When you arrive at Mai Tide, you're greeted by a huge front balcony with porch swings and other seating that is perfect for enjoying the ocean breezes. The balcony is a great place for morning coffee, relaxing with a good book, or spending evenings with your friends and family.
Inside, you'll find a spacious, open-concept living and dining area with a full kitchen. The kitchen features a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all the kitchenware you'll need to prepare the catch-of-the-day. There is also a small island for additional prep space and seating.
Off the kitchen is the dining area that seats eight guests. It's a perfect place to share a meal or enjoy a puzzle or game night. In the adjacent living area, you'll find a large-screen smart television and plenty of seating for your crew. Enjoy a movie, play games, or just relax. Cable television and wireless internet are provided with your stay.
Down the hall are the three main-floor bedrooms. The first is the master suite with a king bed, smart telvision and a dresser for storage. The attached bath has a bathtub/shower combination, and a large vanity.
On the other side are two guest bedrooms. The first has a king bed, a smart television, and a large closet. Next to it is a fun bunk room that sleeps five guests. There is under-bunk trundle bed and a large television for the kids to enjoy. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a walk-in shower.
If you need extra sleeping space, there is a fourth bedroom downstairs. This room has a twin-over king bunk and a smart television. There is also a full bath with a walk-in shower and large vanity.
Mai Tide also has a fully-fenced back yard. There, you'll find a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. The yard is a perfect place for the kids to play or for your dog to stretch his or her legs.
When you're ready for some fun, the attached garage space has you covered. Inside, you can enjoy ping-pong, table shuffleboard, and bait/beer refrigerator, and a television. It's a great place to have some fun after a day at the beach. Although the garage is not available for parking, the huge driveway offers space for up to six vehicles. If you plan on bringing a boat trailer, please ask about arrangements.
When you're ready for the beach, the community features a private beach crossover just down the street. Take the dog for a walk or enjoy a sunset stroll. If you prefer to drive, the beach is less than 1/2 mile by car or golf cart down Eleventh to Beach Access Road 1-A.
Mai Tide is a dog-friendly property subject to weight and breed limitations. We welcome well-trained, adult dogs whose breeds are not considered "aggressive". If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know so we can pre-approve your pet. We ask that dogs be kenneled if left alone in the house and that you clean up after your dog outside (we provide pet waste bags). There is a $100 per dog pet cleaning fee that covers your entire stay.
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house. Violations are subject to a $250 deep cleaning fee.

We loved our stay at Mai Tide. The house was great and we loved the downstairs game room. It's a short walk to the private beach access boardwalk, however there was a code-locked gate to get onto the board walk, and we didn't know the code. Thankfully a kind neighbor told us, but if you're staying here make sure to check in with the host to get the code for the boardwalk!

The only issue we had was that the master bedroom has nowhere to hang clothes. The closet is owners storage/locked. It would be very awkward to be walking around the house to another closet in my towel to a friends room to get clothes from closet…. We went to Dollar General and bought an over the door hook that you could hang clothes on. So just know that if you were someone who has hanging clothes that you need to bring something to hang them on as there is no way to hang them in that room. The laundry room is right next to it and technically you could hang the laundry room but then again you have to walk outside of your bedroom to get your clothes. Other than that, everything is great! I can’t vouch for if there was a lot of equipment in the kitchen or anything because this was a couples getaway weekend and we went out to eat the whole time.

The house was in a great location and plenty of space for our group. A couple of downsides was the house was stocked with toilet paper hardly, the rolls in the upstairs bathrooms weren’t full and the down stairs only had a partial roll and one extra. I would recommend also upgrading some of the furniture in living, the couch was very stained and most of the rugs as well. The downstairs shower didn’t have any hot water the whole weekend unfortunately but the outdoor shower and upstairs did. Just think it needs a little TLC and it’ll be a great place to stay again for sure!
