The dining room seats 6, with an additional four barstools at the breakfast bar for more casual seating. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, double sinks, and beautiful countertops—perfect for preparing meals.
For added convenience, there is a separate bar with its own sink and icemaker, ideal for entertaining. Flat-screen TVs are placed throughout the condo for your entertainment. The large balcony is furnished with comfortable Hollywood-style furniture, providing the perfect place to relax while overlooking the stunning Gulf views.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great location with not so much elevator traffic. The only thing I would add is a black out curtain for master bedroom bc hall lights are bright. The room stays bright all night.
