Welcome to Villa Sarrazine, an 80 m² duplex nestled in a traditional Mersoise house.
A dream base to discover our beautiful coastline at the gateway to the Baie de Somme, the apartment can accommodate 4 people. It offers a view of the sea from the bow window.

This charming 80 m² duplex, located in a typical house in Mers-les-Bains, is perfect for stays with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is located in the historic district of the city, in a street perpendicular to the beach.
Its main assets: its comfortable surface area for 4, its private courtyard, its proximity to the beach and the esplanade.
At the entrance, you will discover a warm and welcoming living space combining elegance, modern furniture and the charm of the old thanks to its period parquet flooring.
The main room has a dining area (table with 4 chairs), a lounge area with a sofa, two armchairs and a television.
The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster etc.
From the kitchen you will have access to the courtyard in which you can enjoy morning coffee, plancha for beautiful summer evenings or simply to leave your bikes there safely.
Upstairs are the second living room/office, the bedroom, the toilet, the bathroom and the dressing room. To get there, you can take the stairs of the apartment or those of the common areas which allow more convenient access to the first floor (the stairs of the apartment are steep).
The upstairs sofa is convertible (real mattress 140x190). You will also find a desk, perfect for working in a quiet setting, as well as a charming bow-window that invites you to enjoy the view.
The bedroom next to it is comfortable and spacious, it is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200cm).
The bathroom includes a bathtub and a sink.
The toilet is separate.
For your comfort, the accommodations are equipped with wifi and bed linen and towels are provided.
