The house has 3 generous bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all with showers). 2 separate large living areas, and a rear deck and garden to enjoy afternoon drinks in the sun. It is fully air conditioned throughout, which is perfect for the Summer. All modern amenities.

We had a chance to live in many places in Sydney, and this is one of our favourite places :) The house is big, comfortable and modern. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing. The road next to the house is local, so there is no car noise (you can hear planes occasionally).In the area, you can find a few parks and playgrounds. The train and light rail are just a 5-minute walk from the house.And last but not least, the host/property manager and his family are awesome. I can happily recommend the place to anyone :)
