The Space:
After a full day of exploring the rich culture of the city, this charming two-story home provides all the amenities needed for comfort and relaxation. The modern design of this property offers ample indoor space for relaxation, while the deck and fenced-in backyard accessible from the main level provide a great place to enjoy the outdoors.

Upon entry, the first level is home to the spacious living room and kitchen/dining area with cutout views to not miss any action. The cushy sofa seating with chaise lounge and large TV in the living room is a welcome place to catch a movie. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware provides convenience for meals at home.

Upstairs, unwind in one of the chic, cozy bedrooms. Both bedrooms are artfully decorated with furniture maximized for your comfort while the master enjoys views of the sunny backyard.

This home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, full closet, and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and full closet.

The home also includes a second guest bathroom on the upper level with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-For security purposes there are exterior cameras on the front, and back porch.
-If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional daily fee of $35 per pet will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.
-Washer and dryer in home – basement level.
-1 parking space available in the driveway, plus ample street parking.

Located in the Walnut Hill neighborhood, Queen City Quarters is located close to several attractions and points of interest. Within just a couple of miles you will find the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, a popular attraction that features a wide range of animals and plants from around the world. Take a stroll through the walking trails of Eden Park, just 1.5 blocks from this home and offering views of the Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline. Also don’t miss out on the Cincinnati Art Museum, walking distance from the home, housing a large collection of art from around the world, including paintings, sculptures, and decorative arts. The local food and drink options are virtually unlimited. This neighborhood offers a variety of tacos, burritos, and other Mexican-inspired dishes, with several other options located nearby.

Beyond this area, there’s still so much more to explore. From Cincinnati’s street art revolution which has transformed neighborhoods with 180+ public murals, to its serious beer culture, trendy shopping and dining in revitalized historic neighborhoods like Over-the-Rhine, and authentic Art Deco architecture and design, this culturally diverse city is a can’t-miss destination.

Over on the Kentucky side of the river, you’re in prime Bourbon Trail territory. Check out distilleries and sipping points where you can sample Northern Kentucky’s bourbon, often paired with traditional southern foods. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
