This stay was EVERYTHING!! From cleanliness to spacious enough for our family, COZY, HOME FEELING, Checking in to Checking out again it was EVERYTHING!!! The Host made sure he kept open communication with us and made sure the house was equipped with essentials needed for a pleasant stay. We LOVED the off street parking. Whenever we Visit Cincinnati again, this will be the first place we try booking!!! 5 STARS

Everything about the house was advertised and it was very clean. Stayed for just one night on a quick trip with the wife and young kids up to Cincy, but safety was a priority and I can definitely say we felt safe in this neighborhood. It's an older(ish) suburb tucked away near downtown, but didn't have any issues or anything. Would definitely recommend!One suggestion: add a lamp or two in the living room, it got pretty dark at night once the sun went down.

Stayed here over Christmas with my kids. The house was very clean, everything is still pretty new. I found a few small things lacking in the kitchen — need a can opener, dish scrubby & mixing bowls. The showers were limited to warm water — could not turn the handles all the way to hot. And it didn’t impact us, but it has 2 full size beds & 1 queen — not 3 queens as listed. They were extra firm mattresses — so if you like that you’re good!Overall the house was good, convenient to everything on the West Side & in a safe area. I would stay here again.

Property was very clean, lots of TVs and hang out areas, which was amazing since my family is obsessed with football. We also loved the area. Only complaint is the beds were advertised as queen size and they were actually full which made it a bit cramped for my husband and I sharing a bed.

Perfect location if your attending any event in Downtown Cincinnati, Rental was clean and spacious with the lower level. Arnell communicated very quickly if you have any questions and procedures about arrival and departure. Definitely will stay there again if available.

This was a perfect house for a two-night business trip for me and my coworker. The basement had its own bedroom and bathroom, so it was ideal for one of us to stay there and stay on the main floor. The house was immaculate and had a good supply of linens and kitchen utensils. The Host was very easy to communicate with. The house was about 10 minutes from downtown in a very quiet and quaint neighborhood, which was just perfect. Would definitely stay here again when I come to Cincinnati!

We had a very nice stay while visiting our son at UC. Communication was great, the house was clean, beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful. The kitchen could use some additional cooking and baking amenities for someone staying longer than we did, but we had what we needed for this trip. It was great to not have to worry about the basic essentials like dish soap, hand soap and paper products as well! Thanks for a great stay!

House was very clean. It smelled a but of smoke/weed and cleaner (mostly in the basement). I don't fault the owners but it took a bit for me to get used to it or for it to clear. Beds were comfy. We only stayed one night but I think the house could benefit from a coffee maker. There were a bunch of bananas on the table in a bowl. Nice touch. It was something we didn't know we needed. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This property must have just been renovated, as everything is brand new. It is also deceptively spacious; you would never know from the outside just how much room there is. It was great for us and our kids (ages 8 to 17) to each have space. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We had just a brief stay, but it was a good experience.

Well I got this for a all girl cousins event and when I say the house was perfect. beautiful in the inside everything new in the home. 3bdr sleeps up to 10 people. I actually had 7 that stayed the night this home smelled like fresh paint. very comfortable clean towels wash cloths bathroom clean basement big and beautiful just perfect for a over night stay or family gathering. this home was really nice to stay in. the host was on call very nice and professional they actually get back to you within seconds I loved this whole overall experience. I will be booking again for our next cousins event. and I also will share the word about this home if anyone is looking for a place for overnight or events or gatherings. this is the place this home gets a 5 ⭐️ thanks for having us.

At first I was hesitant due to it being a new listing. However the day of check in went smoothly. Host was prompt and friendly, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house has been completely remodeled and I was fortunate enough to be the first guest. Beds are super comfy. All the amenities and personal touches where nice. Towels shaped into swans. Felt as if I was at a 5 star hotel. The place is kid friendly and my kids loved it. We will defystay again and again. Thanks you Arnell for sharing you place with us.
