Phoenix Gulf Towers 2207 is a spacious and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in Orange Beach, Alabama, perfect for accommodating up to 16 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have 2 queen beds. The third bedroom also includes twin bunk mattresses on the top of the queen beds. For additional sleeping arrangements, there are 2 queen-size sofa sleepers in the living room.
The condo is equipped with flat-screen TVs throughout, providing entertainment in every room. The dining area offers seating for 6 at the table, with 3 additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, and the large bar includes an ice maker and a separate sink, perfect for entertaining. A desk in the living room offers a convenient workspace if needed during your stay.
The master bath features a double vanity, a separate shower, and a soaker tub for added luxury. The highlight of this condo is the very large balcony, offering plenty of seating and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo's location provides easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, making it an ideal spot for a beach vacation with all the comforts of home.

Overall it was a great Fall break. This unit had plenty of space.l and was beautifully decorated. The balcony was large and nice. It had a few stains on the couches and rugs so I took a star off of cleanliness. I did take pictures and informed management. We had an issue with the washer not functioning, which was frustrating, but eventually it was replaced. Management was available and helpful.

Plenty of space for 15 people to sleep as well as plenty of sitting room in the living room and kitchen areas! Couldn’t be more pleased!

Check in instructions lacked. Did not see signs directing to lobby. Walked until we found a security guard in parking garage to ask where check in was. Our room was not ready until 4:30 pm so we had to wait. Elevator problems the first night but after that there wasn’t never much of a wait to get on. The condo was beautiful. It was clean. Great view. Well stocked. Great location. Hot tub, indoor pool, and lazy river was amazing and walk to beach was not bad. Can’t wait to go back and plan to stay at Gulf Towers again!
