Welcome home to The Gloria Manor!



Beautifully renovated 3bd/2.5bath early 1900s home with a pool located 2 blocks from Magnolia and 3 mins to Baylor University.



Come relax with friends and family and enjoy all that Waco has to offer with the convenience of a centrally located home within walking distance to Magnolia Market and a few minutes drive to Baylor University!



The property is located in the Silos Shopping district and is walking distance to many downtown destinations including the new retail/restaurant development - The Padgitt (opening Spring 2024).



The property is equipped with a pool that can be heated for an additional fee, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, fire pit area and yard games.



Coming to Waco for a girls trip, to visit a student a Baylor, or a family getaway???

We planned a weekend trip to Waco for my mother in-law’s 75th birthday. This home was perfect for the 4 of us. The home was laid out nicely, it was furnished and decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. It’s close to the Magnolia Silos, so it makes visiting there easy. We enjoyed one afternoon out by the pool and watched some March Madness Basketball on the back patio. It would definitely stay here again or recommend it to family and friends.
