About this apartment rental
Our largest 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condominium offers a generous great room perfect for gathering and relaxing. This spacious two bedroom two bath suite features ample living space; two queen beds; two full beds, full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.
Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located in Vail Village, just a short 5 minute walk to Gondola One, and all of the Village amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Fantastically located property - less than 10 min walk to Gondola. Unit is very large, our group of 6 felt comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools and appliances. Building itself is a little bit "older" but that didn't bother us, hot tub is new and nice.
