You’ve got the keys to the kingdom and your gateway to adventure and excitement is wide open. This ultra-mod alpine condominium is in the very heart of Vail Village where ‘X’ marks the spot for all year ‘round activity. It’s glamorously furnished with contemporary class and accented with bright splashes of color to crown this ‘jewel of the valley’. The photographic artwork brings the element of the great outdoors inside and adds a natural harmony to the decor.

Would you rather be far away, or right up close to all the thrills? Recently refreshed and gorgeous 2 bedroom home situated an easy walk to all of Vail's fabulous shops and restaurants, approximately 3 short blocks from the ski slopes. Sure, you can walk but the in-town shuttle stop is also 30 seconds away. If you were any closer to the action, you would have to sleep on the gondola! Right by the Four Seasons and Sebastian hotels, Gateway R4 has a full kitchen, private washer/dryer, high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs w/DVDs, and free underground parking. Why stay far away? Here, you can be in the middle of a memorable mountain postcard!

Because your safety, health and well being are of vital importance to us, we are taking extra pre-cautionary care in maintaining the cleanliness of all our properties, including:

• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks

• Employees will stay home if sick.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

Beautiful mountain and tree views as we were visiting in the fall, but there was road noise that would’ve made the balcony unenjoyable. Not quite as bright and new as the photos made it appear, but it was fine.

Very conveniently located in Vail Village, but a little noisy due to proximity to highway. However, that being said, would not hesitate to re- book for our next stay.

Great location allowed us to walk to all of the restaurants, bars, and venues in the village and Lionshead. Parking under the building was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
