Centrally located a short walk away from beaches on both sides of the peninsula this wonderful family home provides a great location for your stay in Devonport. You can explore the Devonport Village, North Head, Cheltenham Beach, Torpedo Bay and the NZ Navy Museum which are all an easy walk away.
Come home to your fabulous deck to enjoy an evening BBQ and then end the evening with soaking the night away in the spa pool.

The neighbourhood around is relaxed and welcoming, with a coastal village feel. Just a short stroll brings you to local cafés, shops, and galleries, as well as Devonport’s beaches, parks, and scenic walks. The area is family-friendly, with excellent schools nearby and easy ferry access to the CBD.
Private Entrance
The area is very walkable, with beaches, schools, shops, and cafés all nearby. Cycling is popular thanks to flat coastal roads and scenic routes around Devonport and Narrow Neck.
The property has 2 resident cats that will be onsite and will need to be fed. They are very friendly and love meeting new people.
Stays longer than one month include a compulsory professional clean ($200), added to your bill.
