    It’s not right in front of the beach, but it’s not a far walk at all. Quiet, cozy, helpful staff. If you want lowkey, this is the place to go. They offer a lot of extras too like a bikes, umbrellas, motorbike rental for a price. And the staff was very knowledgeable on all the attractions on the island

    Everything's great during my stay. The staff is very helpful, flexible and kind. The hotel is just a very short walk to the beach. I love Khem beach and don't like to stay in the crowded town centre so this area is perfect for me. The room is very new, spacious and spotless clean. Will definitely stay again next time.

    Номер в точности как на фотографии. Все новое и чистое. Описание точное. До пляжа Кхем 10 минут неспешным шагом. Рядом в 7 минутах есть кафе и магазины, но выбор кафе не такой большой. На выезде из зоны отелей есть местные кафешки повкуснее и в разы дешевле. Персонал отзывчивый. Организуют трансфер. Есть номера с кухней, есть общая кухня на первом этаже. Есть своя прачечная, также есть дешевая коммерческач рядом. Receptionist is there and always try to help. Can communicate in English. Номера не со звукоизоляцией. Шум с улицы будет слышно, как и если соседи шумят. Иногда на улице происходят строительные работы, хотя в целом довольно тихо. Сильно испачкал полотенце - на выезде сняли с меня 300.000 dong. Это слишком много по моему. До центра города и дальше - только на такси добираться. В январе автобусов не было.

    The location is good , only 5 min walk to the beach. But we found that beach absolutely overcrowded. Much better was Sao beach. The building where the hotel is, still under construction which doesn’t look going to be finished any time soon. The level of noise starting before 8 am could be simply unbearable. Therefore you have no other choice than leave the hotel from 8 am. Also lots of dust in the room. The hotel it self been done on very low budget so don’t expect anything more than that.
