Tranquil home in the heart of Central Valley! Spacious, newer 4br/3.5 ba, 2500 sq ft home - mostly 1 story - Master suite + en suite bathroom, 2 bdrms & 1.5 bath all located on 1st floor. Another bdrm, office & bath are upstairs. Lounge & dine in our sunny backyard under our covered patio complete with outdoor fireplace & TV. 5 min to HWY 5, 120 & 580. Boasting a trail along San Joaquin River, many parks. Close to Great Wolf Lodge, Stockton, Tracy, Manteca & Modesto. It's laidback CA living!
Enjoy outdoor living in our completely covered California room which has a fireplace and outdoor TV. Outdoor dining table with seating for 8 as well as sofa and chairs for lounging.
Wide, open concept main living room and kitchen/dining area allow for gathering and easy interactions with your family and guests.
7000 sq ft lot with plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around and spread out.

5 min to HWY 5, 120 & 580 makes traveling to various cities very convenient.
The home is centrally located between Manteca, Tracy, and Stockton which are all 10-15 min away.
It is only 20-30 minutes to Ripon, Modesto or Lodi and 30-40 minutes from Livermore.
San Francisco and Sacramento are about 75-90 min away.
Yosemite is 2 hours away.
There are plenty of walking/jogging and biking trails throughout the community, many of which run right along the San Joaquin River. There are numerous area parks, outdoor sporting areas and an accessible playground.
