About this cabin rental
Our Cabin is located in the South of Iceland, right on the Golden Circle. Kerið Crater is only 7km away, and Gullfoss and Geysir are 45 km away. This makes it an excellent base from which to explore the south of Iceland. The Town of Selfoss is only 23 km away. You can do all the shopping needed there, use the local swimming pool, visit restaurants, etc.
Our cabin is 55 square meters. Inside, we have the master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a Bunk Bed with two Single beds (100x200cm). We also have a small loft where we have a TV, a Playstation, and mattresses for 1-2 people to sleep. Our bathroom has a nice shower. Our Living room has a nice sitting area, a sleeping sofa, and a TV with streaming services, Netflix, etc. Our Kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need.
The house has underfloor heating, so it’s cozy all year long.
Outside, we have a guest house with a queen-size bed (160x200cm). On the kitchen counter, we have an iPad that allows you to control the lights in the cabin and change the temperature of the hot tub outside.
Outside, we have a hot tub (Not a jacuzzi), a nice outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, and an outdoor BBQ area with a BBQ grill and a pizza oven.
In the storage room, we have a washing machine.
It’s a good location in winter to see the Aurora / Northern lights ( if the weather is right ).
We have a baby crib and high chair for your children.
We provide linen, towels and soap etc.
We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.

Our family had a lovely stay, close drive to many area attractions and hikes. The cabin had all of the amenities as indicated in the listing, though some of the outdoor accessories (trampoline and soccer play area) were not well maintained or able to be used by our children.

Excellent accommodations. Everything was very clean and ready to go. It certainly loved up to the description of a cozy cabin. We didn't want to leave!

Wonderful cabin in the middle of it all. Our family of six stayed here because of the central location. We had a wonderful time. Dishwasher was a big plus as well as the hot tub! My kids loved the location and the space to play! It was very clean!

Cabin was cute and well furnished but due to some confusion on the booking side was probably not cleaned beforehand but suspect that was a one off issue. Was not clear from the listing that the second full bedroom is part of the separate ADU. Was nice for privacy but does not have a separate restroom so you need to walk outside back into the cabin. Location was centrally convenient to Selfoss and to many of the sites we wanted to visit around the Golden Circle.
