A great base for our short break in Darlington
Communication was excellent at all stages, with prompt responses to any message or queries. The property was well situated close to a bus route, but was quiet at night. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped.
All the curtains were floor length and covered the radiators when they were drawn.

Excellent communication and customer service - they went out of their way to return items we had left behind. The bungalow is clean, comfortable and perfect for visiting my daughter. It is also situated right next to a park, which is lovely for short walks. Would highly recommend - but not for when I need it next time 😉.
Most of the driveway is very narrow and unsuitable for large vehicles, although you can park on the road. The garden area is covered with stones, so you need to wear footwear. The stones also make it unsuitable for children to play on.

Highly sophisticated equipment with no instructions on how to use and same irritating staff at helpline, not willing to provide any help unless you spell your name. Whole night my family shivered with cold Uneducated, non cooperative staff at hotel reception who whenever you call for help, will ask you to spell your name and yet wont provide help Un-understandable lock system that failed to open one day and we were on road for 1 hour Very small washroom in ensuite room Small parking not as expected

Perfect for our requirements!
This was a base for a family of 4 (plus Cocker Spaniel) during a very stressful house move. It is a very dog-friendly home and was warm and comfortable for everyone to unwind in the evenings. It is very well equipped and everything we needed was provided. The owners were instantly attentive to any requests. Millie the spaniel (pictured) loved the enclosed sunny back yard.
