קיבלנו בית נקי ומסודר . המיקום הוא ממש בסוף בוקרשט באיזור די כפרי . בלי רכב בלתי אפשרי להגיע לשם , אבל שווה את המחיר אם מחלקים ל6 . בסך הכל היה בסדר גמור , הבעלים היו מאוד זמינים ונענו לכל בקשה שלנו , אפילו הביאו לנו מיטה חדשה נוספת לבקשתנו כי היינו 6 אנשים .. היה לנו מנגל שהביאו במיוחד , אז עשינו על האש כל יום ויש סניף של לידל במרחק נסיעה של 3 דקות . האיזור מאוד שקט ואפשר לישון .
יש רק חדר רחצה אחד ושירותים בקומה השנייה , בקומה ראשונה זה רק שירותים . הדלת של הגינה די קשוחה לנעילה ופתיחה ויש להבין איך לתפעל אותה עם מפתח , חבל שאין הפרדות גדר בין היחידות דיור בגינה . הפח אשפה שלנו בחוץ היה מתמלא מהר ולא מתפנה מספיק מהר .
