Great location, everything you need inside, hairdryer, kitchenware, smart tv. Nice balcony attached with safety gate, sun chairs, gravelled area great for a barbecue, so close to local attractions, beaches, Lidl is right next door.

Shower always hot as was the water to the sink.
Beds were very comfortable.
Outside space was lovely, by trees and a short walk to the supermarket and Shanklin station.
Cleanliness of the van on arrival was poor. Dirty carpet in lounge and under beds.Half a toilet roll.

Rusty open shelf in shower cubicle.
To use the facilities on the park it was an additional £18.90 per person for the 4 nights we were there.
No wifi or towels but we were told this before arrival
