Great loft next to Echo Beach

The loft was just like in the pictures, really big, with a great bedroom, extremely comfortable bed, air conditioner in the bedroom. I had the best sleep. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. There is a short walk to the beach and beach bars and restaurants, or in opposite side to Pererenan cafes and restaurants

Het toilet beneden had wat aanslag en vlekken. Hierdoor zag dit er minder aantrekkelijk uit.

A very cosy stay in a great neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was spotless.

In a great area close to all the best restaurants, cafes, shopping and 2 min to echo beach, but yet so quiet and away from the noise. Bed was very comfortable and had my best sleep of the trip at this place.

Il luogo perfetto dove ricaricarsi a Canggu

La posizione vicina alla spiaggia e in una via con tanti servizi a pochi passi senza la ressa del centro. Facilissimo vedere i tramonti, anche dal terrazzo. Il luogo giusto in cui rilassarsi e ricaricarsi. La villa è bellissima, come da foto, molto spaziosa. Julia dello staff è stata estremamente gentile con noi, il mio ragazzo si è sentito male l’ultima sera e abbiamo chiesto un late check out. Lei è riuscita a farci stare nella villa a fianco senza farci pagare! Grazie mille di cuore!

Si vede che per colpa dell’incuria degli ospiti precedenti alcune cose si stanno un po’ lasciando andare, ma sono solo piccoli dettagli. Il servizio di lavanderia è deludente, le lenzuola bianche della struttura son tutte macchiate (anche se sono sicuro che sia stata lavata quindi pulita). Una mia maglietta bianca è tornata con chiazze gialle… se decidete di usarla non lavate capi bianchi o molto chiari!

Fantastic location and luxurious, modern and spacious unit

These units are very spacious and modern - the rooftop area with views of the beach was spectacular. Only a 2 min walk down to the beach, with beach bars overlooking the surf. I’d highly recommend!

Short but great stay.

Perfect!!

Absolutely loved our stay! Just a minute's walk to the beach, perfect for sunset walks with our baby. The unit has a kitchen area with a full set of cookware, which made it so easy to prepare food for my baby. The area is quiet yet still close to cafes, restaurants and a gym. We really enjoyed it!

This was perfect for what we wanted! A brand new modern loft apartment with plunge pool, and amazing rooftop. We really enjoyed our stay at Solair Beach loft, and we really liked how modern the villa is and how it is equipted with smart home technology. The room is clean, staffs are friendly. The location is close to the beach, cafe, and small shop accros the reception.

A fantastic place to stay in Pererenan!

A beautiful property, very close to the main part of Pererenan and the beach. The room was very clean and tidy. The rooftop was a bonus, we can relax on the rooftop to relax and watch the sunset with a drink. All the communication with the staff was through WhatsApp, which was very handy, and they were very attentive.

The pool is a bit small; if there is a big common pool, it would be good.

Not worth the price

Location: close to beach and many restaurants.

Loud construction noise everyday, including Sunday, starting at 8am. The “garden view” lofts do not have a beautiful garden view, as you might imagine. The view is unpleasant: the top of a tin roof, concrete steps, mud, trash, overgrown and unkempt (pic). No privacy. Living room curtain only closes halfway so others can directly see inside when entering the gate, which is often. Sometimes without notice. Staff tried to close the curtain but could not (pic). Housekeeping could improve; they had to return several times due to things not being clean. Laundry service lost items. WiFi was spotty, went out several times while trying to work. All concerns shared with staff in real time.

Zeer teleurstellend!

Het design van de loft is mooi en het bed + airconditioning zijn goed & de locatie ook. Er is een grote tv aanwezig & bluetooth speaker om muziek af te spelen. Het is fijn dat er 2 wc’s zijn, beneden en boven.

Loft 10 waar wij verbleven was ontzettend smerig 🤢 er zat bloed op het dekbed, overal lagen haren, vlekken in de bank, koffiezetapparaat zonder koffie, zwembad was smerig & de wastafels ook. In de beschrijving staat dat er op het dakterras een BBQ aanwezig, maar dat is er niet en het is super smerig! Ook zie je op de foto’s via booking.com een bad in de badkamer, maar deze is ook niet aanwezig. Er was gewoon in tijden niet schoongemaakt! Het personeel was onpersoonlijk en er word overal gebouwd, dus veel geluidsoverlast van boren & timmeren. De douche kwam weinig water uit & in de handdoeken zaten bleekvlekken. Het zwembad is super vies en klein en eerder een dompelbad, aangezien je niet erin kunt zwemmen. Je kunt je geld beter ergens anders besteden helaas… want op de foto’s zag het er veelbelovend uit.

Design ist nicht alles

Tolle neue Häuser mit modernem Design. Netter kleiner Pool

Leider war unser Haus nicht sehr gepflegt, Scheiben alle total verschmiert, alles nicht sauber und schon ziemlich gebraucht. Die Unterkunft ist neu !! Wir hatten Haus Nr. 12 und einen Meerblick hat das Haus leider nicht da vor dem Haus hohe Bäume stehen. Personal war nicht besonders motiviert. Hinter dem Haus wird gebaut, deswegen Baulärm. Schade da die Häuser mit dem kleinen Pool und seiner Architektur echt toll wären.

Must visit place

A super new vacation spot in Bali's coolest developing area. Pristine beaches, cozy cafes, eclectic shops set a certain relaxed vibe, devoid of noise and traffic. In the loft, we liked the availability of good new appliances, the availability of breakfasts and the view from the roof terrace.

The last finishing works are still being carried out on the territory (trees are being planted, some road works), but I must say honestly this did not bother us and there was no nois. But it was great that the host was so attentive to the guests and offered a discount because of these construction works.

Amazing!

I was immediately impressed by the sleek design, which perfectly blends modern aesthetics with a sense of calm. The loft's open space, equipped with a work desk and a fully stocked kitchen, made it perfect for relaxation and productivity. The rooftop BBQ area is a great place to unwind while watching breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. The fast Wi-Fi was essential for my work, and I also loved the convenience of bottled water and a coffee maker.

My only minor issue was the additional fee for laundry services, but overall, this is a top-notch place to stay.
