Une hôte très à l'écoute et aimable. Une situation géographique exceptionnelle. Une propreté très bonne et une déco sympa. Les articles laissés pour notre confort sont tout à fait plaisants (café, condiments, liquide vaisselle, serviettes et papier toilette, thés...). C'est très bien pensé pour nous mettre à l'aise. Franchement, si nous en avons l'occasion, nous y retournerons, merci à Simone !

Top Lage, sehr sauber. Sehr nette Kontaktperson.
Kein aktuelles TV Programm. Nur streaming Dienste im TV. Verbindung brach ständig ab. Sehr schlecht bei so einem Preis.

Die Lage / Aussicht war sehr schön, wie auch die Umgebung (Thuner See & Berglandschaften & Wandermöglichkeiten) Das kleine Studio war schlicht aber zweckmässig eingerichtet, DU/WC in Ordnung, wie auch der Garagenparkplatz,
Durch die Fernbetreuung konnten auftretende Probleme vor Ort nur mit deutlicher Zeitverzögerung gelöst werden. Simone brauchte über einen Tag, um uns schreiben zu können, wie die Fußbodenheizung zu regulieren war - so das wir die erste Nacht trotz Minustemperaturen mit gekippten Fenstern wegen Überhitzung schlafen mussten. Auch der Abfluss der Spüle lies sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen und das Geschirr war teilweise nicht richtig sauber gereinigt. Dies passt nicht zur sehr hohen Endreinigungsgebühr,

It's big, spacious and clean. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities. Amazing views.
It's not accessible by public transport. Its high up hill, very hard to get to house with all our luggages. Uber is not assible there. Ended up going back to Spiez station and get a taxi. Its a good place to stay if you have a car, otherwise, not worth the trouble.
