Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, Möblierung modern und passend für eine FeWo. Balkone gut aber relativ schmal. Küchenausstattung gut und umfangreich. Fahrradkeller vorhanden, aber etwas knapper Platz für die vielen Wohnungen im Haus. Stellplatz gut und direkt am Haus.
Betten relativ schmal. Das Internet hat Probleme gemacht.

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und absolut ausreichend und mit Geschmack (nach unserem Empfinden) ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wie immer perfekt für uns und die Wohnung war sauber.
Die Schranke zum Parkplatz hat erneut mit dem Transponder nicht funktioniert, aber immerhin war die Schranke dieses Mal durchgehend geöffnet. Die Matratzen waren sehr, sehr hart. Wir haben leider nicht so gut geschlafen... weiche Topper wären hier sehr hilfreich gewesen.
