FLOATING HOUSES are “floating vacation homes” that beautifully combine the amenities of a comfortable vacation home with the special vacation feeling of being on a boat on the water.
The Fischland house underwent extensive modernization and renovation in the winter/spring of 2026; virtually all the furniture, including the kitchen, was replaced.
Enjoy the unique maritime atmosphere in the spacious, light-filled living room.
Watch the play of light on the water or relax in a lounge chair on the balcony.
Just by looking out the window, you’re right in the heart of nature: fish leap, waterfowl circle right in front of the terrace, and in spring and fall, you can spot cranes. The town offers recreational activities for every taste: bike rentals, a mini-golf course, boat tours, and much more.
The FLOATING HOUSE Fischland is modernly furnished and features two decks:
The lower level (approx. 35 sqm)
The first deck features a spacious living room with a dining area and kitchenette. The living room is furnished in a modern, nautical style with a sofa and a rocking chair. The dining table seats up to 6 people, and a high chair is available free of charge. Adjacent to the living room is a terrace, where 4 garden chairs and a table are provided for your use.
The upper level (approx. 40 sqm)
On the second deck, you’ll find 2 bedrooms with double beds (Bedroom 1: 180×200, Room 2: 160×200) and one room with a 2-meter-long single bed, which can be pulled out to form a double bed but can also be used as a study, reading room, or playroom. All mattresses are like new; one mattress in Room 1 is softer. From two of the rooms on the upper floor, you can step directly onto the balcony, where you’ll find two lounge chairs and a wonderful
view of the Bodden.

– Electric stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and broiler

– 1 bedroom with a double bed 160×200 (one medium-firm mattress, all others firm)
– 1 combined room with a pull-out bed for 2 people
The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
Bathroom:
– Shower, toilet (newly renovated)
– Bathroom cabinet, hair dryer, makeup mirror
Bedding must be reserved.
General:
– Color TV with satellite connection
– Radio with FM, DAB, and Bluetooth
– Modern electric heating in every room
– 1 parking space on the harbor grounds
– Yacht & fishing shop on the grounds
– Bike rental in town
Outdoor area:
– Terrace and balcony
– Table with 4 garden chairs, 2 lounge chairs
– Electric grill
– Small shed on the dock with storage space, e.g., for bicycles
– Handcart for transporting luggage on the property
– You can dock an open recreational boat directly at the FLOATING HOUSE
(max. 7 m length, 1 m draft)
You may bring a pet to this FLOATING HOUSE. All fighting dog breeds are excluded. Please understand that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved. A pet surcharge applies as per the price list.
Utility costs (electricity, wastewater, water, heating) are billed based on your personal usage (= meter readings) and deducted from your security deposit after
