MAN54 -Manly Magic Waterfront Retreat with Gym & Sauna

The position was great, right opposite Manly Ferry & bus stops. The kitchen was well equipped and clothes washing & drying machines worked well. 5 out of 5 for location & facilities.

I doubt that the place had ever ever seen a duster & the shower nat was covered in mould underneath. These were meant to be serviced apartments. Not one bedding or towel change in over 2 weeks. I appreciate it has washer/dryer but I do not travel to Australia for two weeks, & pay a lot to stay in upmarket accomodation in order to spend a precious day getting bedding stripped, washed & dried. If that is the plan then at least leave a spare set of bedding so that I can make the beds & get out. There are no staff on site and only once did I manage to contact someone by phone - to report blood down the walls and floor in the lift!!!! 0 out of 5 for "serviced" apartments.
