Not far from the west lake, clean room , and average breakfast.

Great value for money - spacious and well designed room. Electronically controlled blinds with AI voice commands (in Chinese) is a cool feature. Free congee nightly , self served at restaurant for a late night snack.
Good water pressure for shower.
Laundry room at not additional charge likewise to some other hotels in China is a very nice touch, not overcharging and ripping off customers.
Offered extra free bottles of water on the sideboard of life lobby on guest bedroom floors
Very clean and well maintained.

10 mins walk to main shopping area. Nice room and facilities. However agoda screwed up and got me a room with inward window facing another room. Could hear the couple making out and talk loudly till 330am.
6.4 / 10Average·Jul 2026
The room was quite small and didn’t feel very spacious. Unfortunately, we were caught by the elevator doors twice during our stay, which was both frustrating and concerning. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The location was fairly convenient, but considering the overall experience, we didn’t feel the hotel offered good value for money.
