Nice garden, pretty environnement overall, well located in the city and nice staff. They changed our towels and bedding daily and it was nice and clean.

Toilet had issues (would only flush once every few hours), the room had a bit of a humid smell and some bedding had some small brown-reddish stains.

Céntrico, traen mucha seguridad. La personal son muy profesionales y amables. La regadora tiene mucha fuerza y agua caliente! La habitación fue muy limpia, las camareras son puntuales. El Guía seguridades por la noche “Oscar” apoyarme mucha, kmo siempre!

El wifi no serví a veces, la cama y almohadas son poquito duras, por eso no estaba cómodo a dormí.

Very quiet location in a beautiful garden, great beds and shower. Good money to price ratio. Location is great. It is not far from the main plaza by foot or Tuktuk but there is no noise and it is still on the nice cobbled streets of Antigua. Staff is friendly. Nice breakfast. We booked two rooms and they made sure one of them was ready and the other was almost ready when we arrived early. They stored our luggage for us and put it already in our room when we came back, that was very nice. It doesn't have airconditioning, but it was possible to cool the rooms by turning on the large fans and open the windows and doors. We also slept with the windows open because it is safely on a closed patio and there is a great and friendly guard at night and there are hardly any mosquitos because of the height of Antigua. That was more comfortable than an airconditioning would have been.

It would have been nice to have curtains that really covered the windows. That can't be too difficult to arrange. We rented two rooms for four nights and therefore were well paying guests, still we had to pay for one breakfast because booking didn't include breakfast for one person, that was a bit lame. Also a bit lame was that we had to cancel our last night, because of a necessary change in plans, but they didn't want to cancel that night because we had booked well in advance. Of course that was all conform the booking, but a gesture like a discount or something would have been kind. Funny thing is that they didn't manage to put us in rooms next to each other on neither stay, which I also asked well in advance and the hotel was empty during our last stay.

Most times the quietness Before they had no breakfast offered, now you can order this over the staff and get it delivered plus drinks for sale like elsewhere

Many mosquitoes in the room and sometimes very loud from other guests like talking loudly in nighttime and/or smoking. Plus weekends they started an update with more rooms on top of your own rooms which is a very loud and you won’t sleeping after 8 am.
