The location was fantastic! Bedrooms were nice and the A/C was cold (in the bedrooms). Walkable distance to several beaches. There were several plumbing and maintenance issues (see below) but the owner was very responsive. The price was adequate for the area (less the energy bill - See below). Also, enough room to park a bike and SMALL car if needed. Also there were 2 bathrooms. I would stay here again.
Had maintenance people over 5 days in a row and STILL had problems. The water pump had to be turned off at night to get enough water pressure to try and shower with. Downstairs toilet reservoir wouldn’t refill. We were not informed that electricity would be paid separately until AFTER we booked (caution). We did everything we could to mitigate electricity use and it still cost more than our security deposit to cover (though owner discounted the rate - presumably due to the maintenance issues we faced.). Feral cats like to fight near the balcony and use the side way as a litter box.

We stayed for 9 days. We found a house with everything we needed to be independent, and so close to the sea that we walked there every day... There are restaurants and small shops all around, and even a mini-market on the same street. However, we did have some issues with the air conditioning, which were fortunately resolved during our stay... The mattresses were also a bit hard... But apart from that, everything went well and I can recommend the house.
