Location was great for public transport for getting into Melbourne CBD, in the heart of Southbank close to the casino and aquarium. Easy access via tram from Southern Cross station.

Great location, clean, everything worked, smarty presented, comfortable beds - rooms are cozy but it's an apartment so that's what we expected.
The only problem that we had was getting the keys which were supposed to be at one local shop but were actually at another - hosts were responsive to calls and sorted quickly. Both shops were 2 or 3 minutes walk so not really a problem - might have been different had it been late.

The apartment itself was fine and in a good location with transport, pubs and supermarket close by.
One of the beds had a faulty mattress and had to sleep on one side as I nearly slipped off the side. Cant believe we ONLY get 1 SMALL bath towel each which wasn't big enough and ONLY 1 small hand towel for the entire 4 days. Only 2 bowls and all cutlery so BLUNT it wasn't worth having in drawers. TV was small , it wasn't suited to a lounge room. When we departed room could not lock externally without key.
