Hałas za oknem. A hałas w połączeniu z upałem +30 stopni to brak snu....😓 W nocy z soboty na niedzielę było już lepiej, bo nie było targu rano, który jest naprzeciwko, więc było ciszej, ale też kupiłam w sobotę zatyczki do uszu....

The location was excellent. It was right in the city centre, very close to the local market and the bus station, making it easy to get anywhere. Just steps away from the famous Old Town area, within 10 minutes of walking to major local landmarks like the Brama Krakowska and the Dominican Church and Monastery. I would definitely give the location a perfect 10 out of 10. The apartment was also clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very relaxing. Overall, we were very satisfied with this property and would happily stay here again.

When we arrived, we noticed that there were only three duvets for four guests. The host assumed that two people sharing the double bed would use one duvet, but we are friends and are not used to sharing a duvet. We used the bedspread instead, but it had an unpleasant smell, so we did not use it. We also noticed that the small decorative pillows had a slight odor. In addition, we thought the bathroom sink was draining slowly, although it might have been because we did not open the drain stopper properly. After we informed the host,Anna, she responded very quickly and came to replace the pillows and provide an extra duvet. We really appreciated how promptly she handled our concerns and her willingness to help. Her excellent service me made us feel well taken care of.
