The staff are wonderful very helpful, rooms are massive and very clean, netflix and prime on the tv, the scenery from both sides are hotel are lovely it’s like staying in the middle of jungle

the only downfall is the location you have to get tuk tuk everywhere can’t really come outside the hotel and start walking down the road it would be like walking down a dual carriageway lol

Room isn’t clean/ dust on the ground floor. 2.Strong smell from the toilet spread into the bedroom (Poor Ventilation system > It’s like a hydrogen sulfide so it can harm the health if you sleep and stay) should not release the room to the customer. 3.Bathroom should be fixed. The Water from the shower hose leak and splash to the water heater. It’s very dangerous!! It could be electric shock. We had to called reception to check. 4.. Staff name: Aom is good . try to solve the problem *** CEO should stay here to understand the real situation.*** (I don’t have any pictures because I don’t want to remember)

The hotel is nothing like the pictures on booking.com. No sun loungers so never used the pools, room wasn’t being cleaned properly bins not emptied, bed sheets not changed when I left the card for this to be carried out, ashtray not being emptied, no toilet paper left in room had to ask for this when I left for dinner then went to the extreme of to many, breakfast was disgusting not even fresh produce scrambled eggs was from a packet when I asked if I buy the eggs could they make boiled eggs they said that they didn’t have the pans to do so which was total rubbish as they heat up the chicken sausage etc so could have done so 7 days left to go and then was told that this was possible, the watermelon was also not fresh was left over from the previous day also the lettuce was the same, returned from the beach one day to be informed by the other guests that there was no water when I went to reception I was told that I could use the bathroom next to the kitchen this was unacceptable and I requested a room were they had water, the hotel should have informed their guests of this and updated as this was on Christmas Eve and we only knew what was going on from other guests when i had asked to be updated on this it didn’t happen. These are just some of the issues I was very disappointed and have never experienced this any time I have visited Khao Lak. Guests shouldn’t have to go out and buy their own teabags, fruit etc when this has already been paid for I will be in touch with the company to request some sort of compensation and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Es war rundum okay, unser Pool war leider nicht besonders sauber und auch der Rest der Anlage war teilweise Renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr groß und die Betten waren bequem

Für Ruhe suchende perfekt!

Sehr grosse Zimmer mit einem sehr grossen Balkon! Alles wirkt neu und besonders das Badezimmer mit einer begehbaren Dusche hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht ist auch schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets Bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Grosser Fernseher mit Netflix ist auch dabei. Alles sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Lage ist ein wenig abseits und darum empfehle ich einen Roller oder Auto zu mieten. Dennoch kann man den Strand zu Fuss in etwa 20 Minuten erreichen.

Sehr große helle Zimmer mit sehr guter Klimaanlage, schönem Badezimmer und großem Balkon. Zum Wohlfühlen . Lage ist gut, nicht weit zum Strand und nette Restaurants in der Nähe

Die Anlage selbst sieht auf den ersten Blick nicht so einladend, eher verwaist aus
