Host was great and friendly, also came to save us as our car got stuck in some deep snow, he even used an excavator to help improve the driveability of the driveway and the road in front of the chalet, these actions really shows the character of the host.
Location was pretty central most places we went in myoko was a short drive away.
The chalet itself was amazing, rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped for us to cook as well. If you are someone who values an onsen, the onsen in the chalet was top notch, we used it everyday, in the morning and at night.
Great chalet, everyone in my group enjoyed it and had many great memories there!

The onsen, cold bath, and sauna were amazing—perfect for recovery after a long day of riding. The room was spacious and comfortable, the location was great, and the dry room worked really well for drying clothes.

This is a beautiful lodge , very comfortable beds , great kitchen , good drying room, amazing authentic volcanic onsen. We really enjoyed this lodge. The hosts are really great people . Very helpful
You need a car which is no problem. I would recommend your own transport as necessary for this lodge
