Villa Cubana- Havana Suite

Great location, really nice pool, rooms very comfortable, good AC, tv works, living room area is a nice third space. Property managers easy to contact via WhatsApp and very helpful, let us check in early on request :)

Lots of ants in living/kitchen area! We tried to clean them but they kept coming back, there’s no closing door to this area from outside. Need some pest control! The beds were comfortable but the pillows were so lumpy! Directly next to a busy main road so you can hear traffic late into the night while trying to sleep, if this is an issue don’t stay here!

1. On checkin, they have sent me wrong code. There is no staff available near by and no one picked up. I had to stand outside with my family for 2-3 hours 2. Late night power cut happend. I thought its usual and waited but all other villas have electricity.. i have texted them via whatsapp. It was late response but its sorted out after 2 hours. 3. They clean every 3 days, but for me they havent changed towels. Some other villas do daily / twice a celan. 4. Next to the door, there is a statue. Its so scary at night

Great location of the property, very central. The swimming pool is very clean and warm, we enjoyed swimming there. Also, the property has good privacy, no one can see inside your property. The staff were wonderful, really friendly and perfect communication!

The bedroom doors had huge gaps, so the mosquitos could freely fly inside; as well as the bathrooms have holes outside, therefore from both sides the insects get into the bedroom. The kitchen is outside, which means it's really hot and humid during the day; at night there are mosquitoes. Cannot leave any food outdoor, as it will get attacked by ants.
