Die Villa war wie beschrieben, auch in ein sehr guten Zustand. Es gab bloß wohl mal ein Wasserschaden vom oberen Stockwerk. Da sieht man leichte Wasserflecke an der Decke im Wohnzimmer. Aber dies war nicht für die Bewertung wichtig. Die zentrale Lage zu vielen Supermärkten und Restaurants war top.
