The unit & complex was new & clean. Front guard gate people were helpful. Very clean Swimming Pools and the newly landscaped grounds and outdoor facilities are amazing. Pool wasn't 'heated in Nov 2024 but still managed to swim laps, just!

The pictures on booking.com were not of the actual unit we were given. The pictures were of a ground floor unit which was a nicely furnished model unit and not the actual unit we paid for which was sparce. Also I booked the property as it specifically said there was a washing machine. Immediately upon check in and not finding a washing machine or laundry, I contacted the owner and he admitted that the laundry was not yet completed. More deceit on the owners behalf, not off to a great start. It was a nice new property in a good location with easy street access to local buses, shops & pharmacias so the owner should have been truthful. A washing machine is a non-negotiable when I book a property, he wouldn't have gotten my booking if he had made it clear there wasn't a working laundry but he might have gotten another booking from someone that didn't care and then he would have received a much better review that his site needs.
