Brand new condo in a complex at the north end of Mazatlan, a short walk to a pharmacy, Oxxo convenience store, bus stop, the beach to see the famed Mazatlan sunsets, and the equally famous Malecon. Bus service to the central market, Cathedral and Plaza Machada was frequent, interesting and cheap at 13 pesos. Christian and Liliana are kind, caring and very attentive hosts who will help in any way they can. The condo is spacious and furnished quite adequately for our needs. Good tv with Netflix and YouTube etc. The pool area is well kept and great for relaxing and tanning, cooling off and swimming. Good wifi in the condo and the pool area. There is an inside lounge,near the pool, with a tv and a pool (billiard) table. The view from the condo balcony provides a glimpse of the last remaining selva ( jungle)in the area, where sometimes, deer can be seen. Interesting bird watching. Mazatlan is a growing, vibrant city and in the distance a new development is being built which is interesting to watch the daily progress. You can also get a glimpse of the ocean.

The condo is on the 4th floor, 47 steps, no elevator, which may be a problem for some. Some nearby condos were rented to weekend guests who could be noisy, but this was rare.

Very comfortable and quiet. The property is just a few minutes walk from the bus. The hosts went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. They also speak English. Highly recommended.

Stairs could be a problem for elderly or disabled, but no problem for most people.
