Christina : A deux pas de la Tour Eiffel

The property is in a perfect location. Metro just outside apartment and walking distance to the Eiffel tower. There are many cafes and restaurants close to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

This apartment is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It has a good washing machine and a large kitchen. The building is well kept and there is a lift as well. The neighborhood is not touristy, it is in a residential area. The rooms are bright and clean.has a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Overall wexwere command enjoyed our stay

It isn't modern. The small living room is crowded with nice, but antiquated over large furnishings which are filled with antique pretty nice nacs that you would find in an antique store. Nice,but not at all practical in that small space. The kitchen is also packed with mismatched items that should all be in a second hand shop. They need to replace the rusty kettle. Oh, the bed linens were poor quality and uncomfortable.

The location was very convenient, right in front of a metro station. Although it’s a little outside the city centre, it never felt that way thanks to the easy metro access. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bakeries nearby, and the Eiffel Tower was just a 10–15 minute walk, so we could easily visit both during the day and at night. A bonus was that the area felt quite local rather than touristy, which we really enjoyed. it gave us a glimpse of everyday Parisian life while still being close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The building also has an elevator, which made moving our luggage easy. The host was very kind and let us check in early since we arrived much ahead of schedule and the home was already available. The apartment itself was cute, fairly spacious for Paris, and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the separate living room, the bathroom with a washing machine, and thoughtful touches like the espresso machine with coffee and tea provided. The portable heater was also handy at night. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The unit was a good value for the money. A few things could be improved - more mugs and cups in the cabinet, a microwave, and additional towels would have made our 5-night stay more comfortable. Since it’s centrally located, there was some noise at times, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience of the location.
