Appartement harmonieux et cosy, au calme avec vue mer, TB chauffé. Propre, bien équipé il est très bien placé dans intra-muros.

Sehr gute Lage direkt über dem Meer mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer und die Gezeiten (man beachte, die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock. Die letzte Etage ist nur über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar). Das Hochbett bietet einen schönen Blick in den Sternenhimmel.

Eine Grundreinigung der Wohnung und der Küchengeräte, sowie die Erneuerung mancher Gebrauchsgegenstände (z.B. Besteck etc.) wäre empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung selbst ist liebevoll und kreativ eingerichtet.
