Good location, near the city center. Communication with the host is very good.
It would be nice if the host provide a mop on the toilet, to wipe the wet floor.

Centrally located. Easy walk to the main road with lots of dining and shopping options. The SM department store was also walkable. There's a small convenience store and laundry service and a restaurant on the ground floor. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Easy to check in and out. Got a room upgrade. Good water pressure and warm water. Strong wifi. Great value for the price.
The one shared bed was too small for 2 people. There were extra mattresses, but didn't find bed linens for them. The blankets were too thin.

The property is complete of what we all needed. The location is also convenient.
The water heater couldn’t produce sufficient heat. The water temperature feels normal water in metro manila. Also, there are lot of small cockroaches. I suggest to conduct thorough pest control immediately.
