The resort is very clean and secure.easy check in villa very clean.plenty of towels,toiletries.small welcome pack.large smart tvs in every bedroom and lounge.good communication.pool was cleaned regular.good distance for theme parks and 192.

Air con was very tempermental.kept creeping up to high temps.every day the 2 ac units r located upstairs on the landing and are very noisy.all the beds were very hard.only 3 cooking pans for a potential 12 people.pool was very small for a villa of that size.pool furniture was very old and broken chairs with only 2 sun loungers.we stayed for 3 weeks and had to pay 50 dollars to stay for 4hrs late check out even thought villa was empty for the next week.the biggest issue we had was a maintenance man just let himself in with the keycode,while my wife was home alone.as you can imagine this was very alarming for her.also the villa has no safe.brokens blinds and stains on some of the curtains.overall the villa needs a bit of tlc

Our Stay in the house was perfect. The location offers nice bedroons e restroons for our entire grup (11 persons) and a good kitchen with basic supplies. The locations is great, close to Disney parks and Walmart and drugstores. We had imediataly host assistance about the washing machine, what helped so much during our stay.

I have nothing to complain.

Nice big house and open space plus location for Disney Parks

We didn’t realise ha to pay for pool heated in advance plus hot tub was broken and not fixed kept draining. We left a bag of holiday gifts we know was left at the house and we didn’t get them back despite contacting owner. Clearly our fault but ensure you have all your belongings before leaving.
