I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax from everyday life in a nice house in a great location

Very nice house, great location, close to shops, restaurants and beach. Good contact with the owners. In the residential area you can see different species of reptiles living in Florida every day :D The house is actually bigger than it seems in the pictures :) Nice neighbors. Everything was within reach. Our stay for a week with four families surprised us all positively than we expected :D

Avoid this nasty place.

It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is big.

The house is run down, the facilities are old all around. The photos absolutely do not show the real state of the house. The biggest problem, however, is that it is absolutely dirty. There are cockroaches in the house, the floors haven’t been properly washed, the doors, walls and windows are unclean. The towels were put through the washing, but had nasty stains on them, the bedsheets had bloodstains. When contacting the landlord, she sent cleaners for next day, who superficially (and, therefore, poorly) washed floors in a few rooms downstairs and then took off, because they had “other work to do”. And the cockroaches, as I was told, were just common in Florida. I asked for a refund of half of the sum. She said no. I was offered another cleaner for the next day (our last), but because the cleaner was useless the first time — just hovering around with a mop without proper cleaning — we refused. Because it was physically unpleasant to stay there, I washed some of the floors myself. She offered a 10% discount, but once we left, I was charged the whole sum.
