The location is truly outstanding, situated right in the heart of the city center. Offered at a good price compared to the surrounding region, which is generally very expensive.
The room was clean upon arrival.
Provides all standard studio amenities, including a sofa bed and a television sized appropriately for the space.
The apartment itself is very small and offers less overall comfort than expected. The photos on the website can be misleading compared to the actual space.
No Wi-Fi is available, which is a basic necessity in 2026. The refrigerator can be noisy, and the freezer compartment was iced over.
The mentioned points of attention above, were already clearly stated in the listing description.

La Proximité du centre et de l’esplanade. L’immeuble est l’ancienne annexe du Grand Hôtel. Le studio est petit mais bien équipé. La fenêtre coupe bien du bruit de la rue qui est très animée le soir, voire bruyante. Nous venions pour le show aérien qui a été une réussite. Et quel beau temps !

Petite reco restaurant : l’italien I Fratelli, une valeur sûre (les pizzas sont excellentes).
3eme étage sans ascenseur, je l’ai découvert lors de la réception des codes d’accès. C’est un élément qui devrait être clair dès le départ car c’est important pour des gens de notre âge.
Il manque un petit livret d’accueil pour expliquer certains fonctionnements (par exemple comment ouvrir le canapé, où trouver les draps ….)

Petit studio très bien pour une personne seule. Idéalement situé dans la rue commerçante. Nuit calme dans la rue et à l'étage. Très bonne communication.
Le bruit du frigo par intermittence.
La tv au mur ne fonctionne pas bien. Pas grave.
