In the heart of the residence "La Roseraie", 250 m from the beach and the city center. This luxury, modern and comfortable apartment is located close to all the activities and events organized by Cabourg. This bright 2 rooms is quiet, in a secure residence of Norman architecture, in a park.
The privileged situation allows to forget his vehicle to take full advantage of the seaside resort and its beach of more than 4 kms.
Entrance, separate kitchen, equipped (dishwasher, oven, hob ...). Living room with 3 seater sofa, armchair. A large bedroom, bed 160 for 2 with closet, dresser and desk. Bathroom (washing-drying). Balcony with table and 2 armchairs.
Located on the 2nd floor, with elevator.
Closed private garage.
Tennis access in the residence.
Northwest exposure (evening meal in the sun! With the sound of the waves ...)
Not overlooked.

This is apartment is in a great position, 30 minute drive from Ouistreham, minutes walk from a beautiful family friendly beach and Main Street with plenty of places to eat and drink . Communication with Catherine before arriving was excellent and she met us as agreed at the property. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable

This small but smart apartment is well equipped and very comfortable for a couple. It is only 5 minutes walk from the 3km long sandy beach and promenade and also in the other direction the main shopping and restaurant district. It’s on the second floor but there is a lift and the parking is tight but secure. We will be back!

Tolle Lage, perfekter Check-in, alles sehr sauber. Französischkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Am Wochenende, im Juli/August, ist der Ort Cabourg sehr voll da alle Pariser nur eine kurze Anreise haben. Der Strand ist aber so lang und breit, da gibt es genügend Platz für alle.

Cet appartement était très bien décoré, avec goût, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, le conract avec la propriétaire et madame catherne qui nous a accueilli etait cordiale et chaleureux, l appartement est tres bien situe, vous trouvez tout ce que vous voulez dans un rayon de 500 mètres. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr neu und schön eingerichtet und genau wie auf den Bildern. Es war sehr sauber und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war absolut ideal. Nur 5 Min zu fuß zum Strand und 5 Min zum Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Frau Boutelou war sehr nett und hat uns alles gut erklärt und sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten 1 Woche in der sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnung, mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, verbracht. Die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise mit Madame Castelneau war ohne Probleme und wir haben alles erklärt bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber auch ruhig. Man kann alles in Cabourg zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und ins Zentrum zum Bäcker, Shoppen oder Restaurant kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen. Statt der engen Garage, haben wir den zur Wohnung gehörenden Stellplatz im verschlossenen Innenhof genuzt.

Logement propre, bien agencé. Tout y est pour notre plus grand confort. La décoration est réalisée avec goût, simplicité et petite touche des propriétaires. Calme et très bien situé à proximité du centre et de la plage, à pieds. Bel accueil et disponibilité. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

A charming apartment with a lovely balcony patio. My husband & I were warmly welcomed by our host/manager & delighted with a bouquet of flowers arranged on the table for our anniversary celebration! a wonderful comfortable bed and nicely decorated living room with comfort furniture. A lovely kitchen with all provisions. So quiet & peaceful. Quick walk into village center and the historic Normandy hotel & all the beach boardwalk dining. We will stay here again when we visit Cabourg.

Wir haben das Appartment gut gefunden, der Check-in klappte super! In der Wohnung war alles Wichtige vorhanden. Leider passten unsere Bettbezüge nicht, da die französischen Bettdecken andere Maße haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Appartment gerne weiter. Das Meer ist nur 200 m entfernt.
