Easybnb - Bear Home

Amazing location, in the centre of everything, close to transport links and near to some great places to eat and drink. When we had an issue, the customer service was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable.

On the first day, we had no hot water. This wasn't the host's fault and it was dealt with to our satisfaction. Lower floor bedroom was very warm and would benefit from a fan.

So this was one of the prettiest apartments i have stayed in. it was spacious, easy to access, great location, and I would have given this 5 stars if it were not for the AC issues. Truly, the decor was stunning and the little balcony was so pretty. the kitchen is also quite large!

So this apt was listed as having AC. there was one small unit.... only in the upstairs bedroom. it meant that room stayed very cool but the downstairs back bedroom was stifling. It was a record heat while we were there and my poor travel companion was sleeping with ice packs. the host did recomend opening the downstairs window and running the upstairs AC (which we did) but it did not really work. It's a shame, because otherwise this was a perfect stay. But i specifically paid a little more for a place with AC to keep us both comfortable, and sadly my friend was not. if it was not the summer, I would stay here again.

Location was brilliant and it was really lovely and clean.

The bath towels were too small. No toiletries left in the downstairs bathroom.

Owner was fast to respond. Good location to visit Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. The rooms were very comfortable

A/C only for 1 bedroom. Rest of the apartment was hot. Wifi was out most of the time. You may say there wasnt wifi service included. Washing machine not working. Nearest Metro 17minutes away. Made it hard to walk with luggage due to the rough rocky road.
