Anfitrião Sérgio muito atencioso e sempre respondeu minhas mensagens.
O apto é completo, usei até o forno, tem ar condicionado e ventilador.
Internet boa.
Não tem local pra estender as roupas, o anfitrião disponibiliza um varal de chão mas é difícil pra secar roupa na cozinha. Não tem lavanderia.
Não tem como fazer churrasco nem no condomínio. Levei churrasqueira e não tive como usar.
A TV só funciona alguns canais é Não é smart.

Kitnet excelente, o senhor Sérgio, uma pessoa muito prestativa onde tudo que precisava nos ajudava, uma localização excelente só teve uma coisa mas que não atrapalhou muito que fui a tv que não estava pegando, mas no resto não deixou nada a desejar.
Sr Sérgio muito obrigado por tudo e até mais irei voltar novamente abraço.
