The location. I had work to do around Mont Kiara. Location is ideal

Could have provided some basics eg wiping cloth (to wipe kitchen counter, table) washing detergent. Hand towels, butter knives. Netflix didn’t work, didn’t affect me though

Location was excellent. It's close to all the amenities, shops, restaurants and cafes- very convenient. Infinity swimming pool was great and city view from the room was spectacular.

From the beginning, it was a harrowing experience~~ our room was not ready so we had to go into another room for a night. It would have been OK, if the room itself was OK, but this room had no internet connection, the door did not lock and it was not clean or well-maintained. After a night there, we went into our room, but there was a hiccup with our key so we had to wait while that got sorted out. The room itself was good, however maintenance and cleanliness was not good, water pressure in the shower was so low, it took forever to shower, curtain did not work properly. Most frustrating was the management. We stayed for 6 days but we were given only 2 towels. We repeatedly asked for more towels but no response, no action~~ we were beyond frustrated~~ having enough towels for the duration of stay, isn't that a very basics of hospitality??? The place itself is great if the host take care to communicate and respond better with the guests and maintain the facility better, it would be so much better.
