Квест при заселении, сложно было найти подходящий вход в подъезд ( их два).

Location is amazing, the appartement is one of these old sovietic ones with a lot of space.

The curtains bar was broken and very visible, meaning the flat had not been properly checked before our arrival BUT when mentioned to the landlord, they proposed to send someone right away to have it fixed. It was honestly not problematic so we asked for it to be done after our departure. Another issue was the description to find the flat. The wrong entrance is marked in bookings, which made us waste a solid 15 minutes to find the keys

Location, location, location. This is the main reason to stay here.

The problems started when we arrived. I had paid €37 for a baby cot (even though Booking.com stated that it would cost €23). When we arrived, the cot was not there. I contacted the phone number provided, and they offered to send it by taxi, but we would have had to go outside to collect it from the taxi ourselves, assemble it ourselves, and it also raised questions about whether a mattress and bed linen would even be included. we canceled and, fortunately, the money was refunded. Another big disappointment was the towels. There was only one towel per person, and one of them had a large hole in it. From the Booking.com photos, it appears that each guest is provided with two towels. When I mentioned this, I was told that according to their rules, only one towel per person is provided. There was a coffee machine in the apartment, but there were no compatible coffee capsules. I had to go to the store myself the next morning to buy them. On the positive side, there are many shops nearby where you can easily buy coffee capsules, towels, forks, and other essentials. Another disappointment was the cutlery. The forks had bent and damaged prongs. We also had the impression that the apartment had not been properly cleaned for quite some time before our arrival. There was dust on the windowsills, and we found dust and hair on the bed linen. The apartment has both a washing machine and a dryer, which is convenient, but again, no laundry detergent was provided, so we had to buy it ourselves. We ended up washing the bed linen ourselves. Another issue was that the Booking.com message asked guests to take out the rubbish regularly, but there were only the bin liners already inside the bins. No spare rubbish bags were provided. We stayed for three nights, but the apartment seemed to have been prepared as if guests were staying for only one night. Finally, communication was confusing. It felt as though one person was replying through Booking.
