The location is very convenient.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming through vents into one of the bedrooms. The vents appear to be some sort of inter-apartment ventilation (for reasons that are not clear they connect to the neighbors apartment). This made one of the bedrooms effectively unusable, so I closed it off. If you decide to stay there I would suggest taking some plastic bags and tape so you can block these vents, otherwise you pay for a two bedroom apartment and end up with a one bedroom one. Separately, the pathway alongside the building that leads to the entrance door has all been torn up and is currently all concrete chips and dirt. It looks like this is part of a larger work project (the garden has all been ripped up and there are construction fences alongside the path). This is clearly temporary but until it's sorted I would recommend against pulling a case with wheels along the path unless you want to buy some new wheels (so avoid staying there is if you have a heavy case). It would have been appropriate for the host to have mentioned this on the advertisement. I stayed in this apartment in July (the location is very convenient for me). There was no cigarette smoke coming through the vents on that stay, although there was a smell of cooking coming through for part of the time. After I stayed there the first time Rentujemy offered me a 10% discount for the next visit. I looked back on Booking.com and the straight up price there was 15% cheaper than the 10% discounted" rate that Rentujemy was offering. I'm not sure how that happens, but if you are booking the place and decide to stay longer I recommend checking back on Booking.com and not being in a hurry to accept Rentujemy discounts.
