The owner was very communicative, fast to respond, and honest. Before booking, I had read reviews mentioning roaches and reached out due to my severe fear of insects. The owner assured me it was being managed, and they were completely transparent. Indeed, there were no ants or cockroaches in the apartment during our stay (7dayd and we checked every day) but plenty of them on the streets. I did a lot of research on this beforehand, and I want to emphasize that these large cockroaches are outdoor pests in Athens during the hot, humid summer months that can occasionally slip in through open windows. They are not a reflection of how clean the apartment is - the flat itself was not dirty at all; it was lovely, cozy, and the bed was really comfortable. You have to turn on the warm water but we had no problems and it heated very fast. Air conditioning was working really nice and there is even a mocca pot and filter coffee machine in the apartment.

The terrace was a bit dirty and had a slight smell because it’s located right in the middle of a typical Athenian urban courtyard. However, we didn’t plan to use it anyway, so it didn't bother us. The apartment is a bit dark inside, but it adds to a cozy atmosphere and we did not spend lots of time there as we were exploring the city.

Μου αρεσε περισσοτερο οτι μπορουσες ευκολα να βρεις τον ιδιοκτητη και να μιλησεις μαζι του για οτιδηποτε προεκυπτε και ηταν πολυ φιλικος και ευγενικος . Επισης η τοποθεσια ηταν παρα πολυ καλη κοντα υπηρχε σουπερμαρκετ φαρμακειο και διαφορες καφετεριες αλλα και για φαγητο . Το μετρό ηταν αρκετα κοντα και υπηρχε και σταση για λεωφορειο οποτε ολα αυτα μας διευκολυναν κατα τη διαμονη μας . Το διαμερισμα ήταν καθαρο , περιποιημενο και ειχε οτι χρειαζεται για να περασει ομορφα και ανετα λιγες ημερες διακοπων. Σιγουρα θα κανω ξανα κράτηση κοντα τους οταν παω Αθηνα μειναμε πολυ ευχαριστημενοι .

Δεν υπηρξε κατι που να μην μου αρεσε ολα ηταν καλα. Ισως το μονο που μπορει να χρειαζοταν θα ηταν μια επιπλεον κουβερτουλα στην ντουλαπα γιατι την πρωτη ημερα εκανε αρκετο κρυο αλλα πιστευω αν ζητουσα απο τον ιδιοκτητη θα το κανονιζε δεν χρειαστηκε ομως γιατι μετα εφτιαξε ο καιρος και ειχε αρκετη ζεστη .

Molto disponibili e gentili. Comunicazione chiara e veloce, istruzioni chiare, posizione buona, cortiletto interno molto apprezzato.

Lo spazio tra il letto e l'armadio è molto stretto. Ma accettabile. Per il resto tutto ok

Tv gedeelte en de wifi. Personeel kwam nog wat ontbrekende keukenspullen brengen. Dat was top!

Het is een soort kelderkamer. De binnenplaats stinkt zo dat je de deuren niet open kunt doen. Er staat een kledingkast maar die kan niet open omdat het bed ervoor staat. Er is geen stoel om op te zitten in de kamer. De badkamer is erg onprettig.
