Charming cottage, very peaceful remote setting at the end of a rough lane, good parking once you get there, well-equipped kitchen.
Power is limited. After the first day, It was cold and rainy and we could only use a single heater at a time or the breaker would trip. This probably would not be a problem in warmer weather but we had 4 days of mist and cold, and really needed extra heat. There is a small wood stove but no kindling to help start the fire. And we didn’t know how to use this type of stove, so instructions would be useful.

The view from the garden is just amazing: the see, the clouds, the sunset color and of course the night sky ! We loved it!
Also, the host is very nice and responsive and the location is perfect for a quite vacation, far away from busy cities.
The bed and pillows is very comfortable.
If you come during winter, the house can be cold ( especially if it is cloudy and windy, it is at 1000m altitude ) . There are 2 electric heaters, but if it is really cold outside, they are not enough.
The electric panel is not suitable for more than 2 devices ( so if you need to have the heates on, you cannot cook or use the washing machine, in the same time)
We were unlucky to have 3 nights with really hard wind and it was very hard to sleep because of the noise ( the windows and doors are not isolating anything)
I think during summer, none of the obove will be an issue, but during winter it can be inconvenient.

La casa está situada en un encleve muy especial. Lugar donde bajar revoluciones y conectar con la naturaleza y la paz. César se portó de 10, tanto em las indicaciones como en las recomendaciones durante la estancia. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en esta preciosa isla.

Antigua casa restaurada, lo que da un toque acogedor. Además se encuentra en un lugar excepcional, algo alejada del resto de casas de una zona rural, lo cuál la hace perfecta para desconectar. Tiene unas vistas con atardeceres impresionantes y la posibilidad de disfrutar de un cielo nocturno sobrecogedor.
El anfitrión, César, muy atento.
Para llegar a la casa hay que pasar por un camino de tierra, que si no se va con cuidado podría dañar algún vehículo que no sea todocamino.
