There was a cleaning fee added to our stay that was not obvious when booking. The room came up in the search as $220 for the night, I was charged $390 which included a $170 cleaning fee.

Absolutely fantastic contact, loved the waterpark and proximity to the beach. Roomy.
Not an issue for us at all, but if you're not travelling with kids, you might find the resort a bit noisy. Lots of families and playing children.

I booked a room for 2 adults and a todler and we were placed on level 3 which made it extremely hard to cart up and down the stairs
