2-Bed Family Haven with Pools BBQ & Playgrounds

Great location within Turtle Beach Resort Walkout straight out of the ground floor apartment to the pools and BBQ areas Supermarket just down the road (walking distance)

Everything was great

Having more towels to use throughout stay had to re wash the same ones

The kids loved everything available

There needed to be air con in the bedrooms or at least the master and a bigger bed in the master

Without a doubt, the best place to stay for families. Great resort amenities for the whole family. Once the tram is complete, it'll be the best location as well. Bit messy navigating the area with all of the road works etc if using public transport.

The apartment has been slightly renovated to give it a fresh look, but not the greatest in terms of overall cleanliness. The couch stunk! And when I used the vacuum, it smelt like dog. Location on ground floor - Can hear EVERYTHING if someone is staying in the above unit. No pool towels, one towel per person for the whole stay. No face cloths or door mats, coming in and out of the apartment (especially when you have kids) from the patio makes an ugly mess. When calling the company who manage the property to inquire about the towel situation, there was no understanding (possible miscomms due to language barrier) about the situation, which we then didn't bother.
