Point positif : proximité de la gare SNCF ce qui permet de relier la gare ST Lazare en moins de 30 mn.
Le manque de confort : canapé pliant en guise de lit, radiateurs électriques froids, salle de bains mal équipée et froide, frigo totalement givré avec des traces de nourriture...
